How can I apply to be a tutor?

Visit the Tutor page and click the button “become a tutor” to be directed to our application. 

 

How do I sign up to be a student?

Visit the Student page, scroll to the bottom, and click the "sign up" button to sign up for a tutoring session.

 

How much do lessons cost?

All lessons are free and taught by volunteer tutors.

Are session sign-ups for students a one-time thing?

Yes. Every time students want a new tutoring session, they will have to fill the form out again. If they liked their tutor from last time, there is an option to request that tutor in the form. 

 

How do I see what classes are offered?

Visit the top of the Student page to see the list of junior high and high school classes offered.

 

How does the application process work for volunteers?

Once a form is submitted, we will contact you to set up an interview date. 

 

What ages is the tutoring catered for?

They are catered towards helping junior high and high school students, ergo ages 11-18.

 

Do the parents or students sign up for a tutoring session?

We ask that the parents sign their child up if the child is in junior high, otherwise high schoolers can sign up for themselves.
